Terms of Service

SmartHR is a subscription HR platform covering employee management, leave and overtime, attendance and scheduling, payroll and finance, recruitment and onboarding, e-learning, document management, and analytics. We may improve or change features over time.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your company's account, including the users you add and the roles you give them.

New companies receive a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are charged per employee, per month, at the rate of the plan that matches your headcount, in British pounds, US dollars or euros. VAT is added where applicable. Current prices are shown on our pricing section and may change with notice.

If a payment fails, access to your account may first become read-only and then be suspended until the balance is settled.

You own the data you put into SmartHR. You grant us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your employees' and candidates' personal data.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law.

We work to keep SmartHR available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

You may stop using SmartHR at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or fees remain unpaid.
